All our units are smoke-free and vape-free.
Smoking is allowed in yards or patios and butts are to be removed and placed in outside receptacles.
*Quiet Time:
10:00 PM- 8:00 AM*
*Garbage:
Please make sure that bags are closed properly if taken from receptacles.

No eating or drinking in the game room, or poolside*

Most have the Roku system or just click on “feature free”, then “streaming channels”.
For Netflix, Hulu, Apple etc.. Make sure you remember to log out of your account.
Also, to watch cable TV, just select the "Spectrum" app on Roku.

limits - 70 Cool / 80 Heat - To prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.
*Cleaning:
A vacuum cleaner, dustpan, broom, and mop are inside the guest closet if needed.

Most locations are 3:00 or 4:00 pm, and check out is any time before 11:00 am*

Late Checkout is available at 12:00 pm for an additional $25.00 (Cleaner Fee)
$15.00 Every additional 15 minutes after 12:00 pm
*Bedrooms: Some Units Have Special Amenities.
Lamps may be controlled with ALEXA or GOOGLE

Upon checkout, please strip the used beds of fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases. They can be placed on the floor.

*Bathrooms:
Please use a provided mascara remover or black towels. Upon checkout, please leave all used towels on the floor.
